I am currently in anorexia recovery and need to gain weight. I eat many peanuts but i'm worried i'm having too many omega 6 fats. Is this okay? Breakfast: 1/2 cup plain mini wheats, 3/4 cup almond milk, 1/3 plain cheerios snack: 1 oz of peanuts, larabar (it is a bar made with dates and nuts) snack: one piece of toast with hummus snack: one oz of peanuts lunch: varies everyday, but usually rice with vegetables and ground beef on top or something similar, with a plate full of veggies snack: 1 oz of peanuts, 6 triscuit crackers snack: 14 almonds, 3/4 cup of plain cheerios dinner: one piece of toast with hummus, plate full of veggies, some type of fruit.
