Hello, thanks for the query. The tablets given to treat hypothyroidism contain only levothyroxine. Please let me know whether tsh 2.48 mu/l, mentioned is with treatment or without? If it is shown on doing the thyroid function test, then there is no hypothyroidism. In that situation, there is no need for any treatment. Thanks.
