I am 26 year old male. I have been suffering from insomnia since long. I I do not get a proper sleep (deep sleep). There is always something that keep running in my mind. Its not that I have some kind of anxiety or stress or tension but just mind never stops. Even sometime when I wake up in between the nigh its chattering something that happened in day time. I feel that this lack of sleep has affected my memory. I am not able to concentrate at my work for long. And also do not remember things that I recently learnt or listened. You seems to be under stress. Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light do some kind of exercise daily. Slowly your sleeping timings will change. It will take time. Have patience.
