I am 26 year old male. I have been suffering from insomnia since long. I I do not get a proper sleep (deep sleep). There is always something that keep running in my mind. Its not that I have some kind of anxiety or stress or tension but just mind never stops. Even sometime when I wake up in between the nigh its chattering something that happened in day time. I feel that this lack of sleep has affected my memory. I am not able to concentrate at my work for long. And also do not remember things that I recently learnt or listened. I am also bad at recollecting conversations due to this bad memory issue. Pls help. Is there any supplement they can help me to tackle this problem of sleep and subsequently the memory? Ive started taking 1 brahmi pill at night which has shown some positive effect on sleep. Any ayurvedic or homeopathic treatment or course to be followed. Pls suggest.
