I am having initial gum recession in two teeth and I do have some initial stage cavities forming in molars which my dentist advised not to get filled because its not too serious. Sir could you please suggest some homoeopathic medicines in order to stop cavity progression and help reduce the gum recession. Also does vitamin c tablets help in regrowing the gum tissue? Thanks in advance.

All food & drink containing sugar, sticky food, dry mouth, improper oral hygiene that includes improper brushing, flossing, & tongue cleaning can cause tooth decay. Dental tips: - looking after your teeth helps keep your mouth in optimum condition. Ways to maintain good oral health include: ?brush your teeth twice a day, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. ?floss your teeth inter dentally once a day inter dentally ?tooth brush to be changed every 2 months. ?consume a healthy diet rich in vegetables and lean protein. ?reduce your intake of sugary foods and beverages ?.gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Drink plenty of fluoridated tap water ?drink not consume alcohol drinks. ?don?t smoke ?check your mouth regularly for any unusual sores and lesions ?visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and have regular thorough dental check-ups where your dentist will look at ?the health of both your teeth and your mouth most importantly, do not delay seeking immediate advice from a dentist or medical professional if you notice any unusual symptoms or sores on your lips or in your mouth. B) colgate total tooth paste, hex dine mouth wash, both small size. Use gum paint for the gums for 2 to 3 weeks. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months. C) while a toothbrush can clean the surfaces of your teeth, only floss can remove what lurks in between and in the tight spots under the gum line. Not flossing after brushing is like taking a shower without washing under your arms. No, it doesn?t matter if you brush first or floss first, though flossing before brushing may allow more fluoride from your toothpaste to reach between your teeth. To floss on the go, try an interdental cleaner, which is a nerdy way of saying those special little wooden or plastic picks, sticks or brushes designed to clean between the teeth. You?d be surprised how many people keep a stash in their car! flossing daily prevents infection and keeps your breath fresh. It even helps you look younger by reducing the disease that leads to receding gums? a tell-tale sign of aging. Flossing prevents cavities and gum disease and that can save you money ? lots of money. Every cavity you prevent can save $2,000 over a lifetime. That?s a lot of dough. Hawaii anyone? It only takes a minute to floss, less time than it takes to fix a cup of coffee. It is easy, it provides health benefits that last a lifetime ? and it makes you look and feel better. So, give your teeth and gums a warm hug every day by wrapping them in a floss embrace. Your oral and overall health will improve ? and so will your breath. All the grooming in the world won?t help if you have a piece of spinach stuck in your teeth, or if you have bad breath because of a gum infection.Â

Hello, both the problem of recession and cavities need a dental visit. They cannot be cured or treated by having medicines. Recession of gums could be because of deposits between your tooth and gums which need a round of scaling and if needed other option to get the gums back to the original position. As far as dental cavities are concerned if they are not serious now they will get serious later because it is a irreversible damage so better get it filled at a initial stage so that you do not have to go for other extensive treatment and you do not experience pain. Thanks. Â
