I am 28 years male. I have a renal calculus in the right kidney. ultrasound report says "calculus of approx. 6.6 x 3.2 mm is seen in the right upper ureter approximately 5-6 cm distal to pelviureteric junction causing proximal mild hydroureteronephrosis" can this stone be passed though medicine?
