If you are bleeding and pain is very much then it is a symptom of anal fissure & if you are bleeding and pain is not at all, then it is the symptoms of hemorrhoids (piles). 2nd & 3rd degree piles are not cure just eating medicines, nor is it right to do modern surgery, kshara sutra therapy is a unique ancient technique, which is proved to be an effective treatment of anorectal disorders. It is commonly recommended in patients suffering from piles. According to world health organisation (who, kshar sutra therapy is better than any modern surgery for piles. For fissure treatment you should get some ayurvedic therapies like ayurvedic matra basti, ayurvedic kshar karma & anal dilatation. If your fissure wound is big & chronic then lis treatment is must, after that you will never have a fissure again. You'll be fine in just 10 days. Contact us for more information. You should eat lots of green vegetables, fruits and salads. And plenty of water as well. Avoid spicy foods.

Hello regards. First I would say that nothing should be diagnosed without getting examined by a specialist concerned. because hundreds of conditions can cause simple bleeding or pain. Second pain and bleeding is a symptom of anal fissure especially pain during defecation. Simple smuth cream won't help if it's really an anal fissure. Take lots of fluids and fibre rich foods. Avoid taking red meat. Do sits baths (hot tub baths) thrice a day. Apply cremagel cream locally thrice a day. Take tab lyserd twice a day. If you are constipated then take some still softner like softovac granules bed time with water. In case you don't feel improved then better to get your self examined by a proctologist or a general surgeon.

Veg and high fibre diet.
At bedtime, have some legumes, green leafy vegetables, avoid rice and any non veg. Have lots of water to drink.

Main reason for any anal problem is either constipation or straining. Take plenty of water, fruits and fibre food. You will be better.
