Cremagel. The "h" one is for haemorrhoids (piles. Kindly remember to apply the ointment before going to pass stool and at bedtime. Thanks and regards

Sucral ano rectal cream or cremal gel: which one is better for chronic anal fissure?

For anal fissure use cremagel. Because it contains nifedepine which relaxes the anus for easier passage of stool. Sucral ano is for piles.

Sir I am suffering from anal fissure morning my stools are hard so there is blood streak on my stools and second time when I pass my stools there is no blood but a little burning sensation in anus with itching and I don’t want surgery I am taking cremaffin syrup at night and using ointment pls suggest me a good ointment.

Using smuth for. Tendaysfor annal fissures now intensity of anal fissures reduced but. Anal smooth muscle pain after defecation suggest.

Kindly change the oinment to something which is having nifedepin in it eg. Escot. Anotelief.cremagel. Etc. Also hot sitz bath with betadine in it, twice daily will help.
