Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the detail. It is clear that present treatment is not helping in achieving good glucose control. There is a need to upgrade it. To suggest change I need following information: age of the patient, duration of disease, fasting, pp glucose (current), hba1c%, weight, height, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile, serum creatinine and urea, bp readings. With these details please come in a private conversation (paid consultation), because in this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines, no drugs can be prescribed. Or else please get in touch with your local physician and get the upgrade done. It is essential to maintain fasting glucose < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.8%. So that long term complications of diabetes are either postponed or prevented. Thanks.
