Thank you for your suggestion. Right now I am not showing any symptoms of depression such as gloominess, sadness etc. But I am not getting sleep I f I do not take oleanz and lonazep. I had undergone 60 hrs of cognitive psycho therapy which has helped me a lot. My issue is that I want to slowly stop my medicine and lead a normal life. Can there be a solution to it?

Avoid using your during sleep time - specially scrolling social media apps. 2. Avoid taking tea and coffee before sleep time 3. Try to fix your time to go to bed. 4.
