I am have high stress levels. Work load is more and did not able to manage time for exercises. Sleeping patterns also varies due to my work. Please advice.

If you've heavy work loads which id causing you stress 1. Try to change work place, if possible, as at such young age nothing is important than health. If you'll keep working in this pace soon work mind will stop helping you. 2. Try to get someone who can share your work load, if possible. 3. Try to fix your work hours, may 6-7 hours (ideal) to 9-8 hours (if excessive). 4. Stop working on laptop before sleeping time, for example: if you've plan to sleep at 11 pm then stop working at 10 pm. 5. Don't consume caffeine based food items after 9 pm. 6. Try to have dinner by 8: 30-9 pm. Kindly get back if need some other assistance.

Dear Doctor, This is regarding my decrease in sperm production. My age is 23 male. Its been almost one year I lost interest in masturbating. Before that I used to have 1 to 2 times a week. But now it goes upto 10 to 15 days. I do not know what is happening with me. From past several months im so upset due to some getting job issue. Is there any possibility that when im in tense mood there will be decrease in sperm count? Also my pennis becomes small when compared to 1 year before. Please give me solution to maintain proper health in which what type of food I have to take, is stress effects the interest in masturbating? Please give me the solution. Thank you,

There are many scientific evidences that one generally doesn't perform well during the stress moments, this is all because of stress. No need to be concerned about penis size as it can not reduce from the one you've had, its basically not getting fully erected due to stress. Try to find job however without keeping stress. Sperm counts can not be assessed unless you go for medical tests.

Since you've mentioned that you're masturbating once a day, which is quite healthy and normal, Ideally this should not be a reason of leg pain. Regarding the confusion of small penis size kindly do mention the penis size you've. About the better sexual life with partner you already mentioned that you prefer having sex over masturbation so I consider that your'e already having sexual intimacy with your partner, to improve it you can have a open discussion with your partner to improve it.
