Hi dr, I am Dr. nupur here. I am a mother of 4 year old kid and I have a constant pain in my lower back accompanied with continuous tingling/mildsweet pain in feet and knees. This is since a good more than 1 year. Pain is more after waking up in morning and continues all day long with less intensity. But it is enough to make me lethargic and unfit to do daily chores. It's (pain/tingling of feet and legs mainly toes, and not back) intensity remains on a lower side in winters which gradually increases in summer. I have taken calcium and vitamin d supplements after delivery for 1 year continuously. What is the reason and best t/t available?
