Many days my stomach getting very tight and very gas full. After food my stomach gets full and tightly. please help me.

Dear Lybrateuser, --you problem could be due to acidity, follow some dietary precautions:- avoid fried spicy, sour & processed foods, also foods high in fats, gas forming foods such as milk & milk products, beans, lentils, pulses, vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, all aerated drinks - restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day if you have more - chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - take tablet pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration and digestion - do regular exercise like walking, yoga for 2-30 min daily which helps digestion.
