Jeera (cumin seed) mild roasted-10 gm Sowa (dill seeds) mild roasted-10 gm
Saunf (funnel seeds) mild roasted -10 gm Phudina (mint leaves) -10 gm Hing (asafoetida) -10 gm All things powdered in mixture.
Then after 1 tsp mixture gives with half teaspoon lemon juice + half teaspoon ginger juice +30 ml water
Two - Three times a day.
