Frequent burping may indicate that you are swallowing too much air, or it may indicate the presence of a more serious problem such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease, gastroparesis or gastritis, or H Pylori infection.
You need to see the food what you are taking.
Do exercise daily, avoid spicy, heavy and junk food, avoid alcohol and smoking (if you do)
eat salads and sprouts, papaya to reduce gastric problem.
Don't be empty stomach, because it will cause acidity which leads to burping.
We have good homeopathic medicines, both for reducing burping and acidity, but for that we need to take whole case taking, so that appropriate treatment gets started.
Do regular exercise..
Avoid eating fatty food.
Avoid sedentary lifestyle.
Don't over eat...
And if all these don't relieve then it must be something serious and you should consult immediately... As at this young age this should not happen..
