Stomach growling occurs as food, liquid, and gas go through the stomach and small intestine. Stomach growling or rumbling is a normal part of digestion. There is nothing in the stomach to muffle these sounds so they can be noticeable. Among the causes are hunger, incomplete digestion, or indigestion.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Most of the time, gas is no more than a minor annoyance. However, gas occasionally produces intense pain that makes the entire abdomen feel full and tender. This pain can radiate to the back, causing back pain and bloating. Minor gastrointestinal problems, such as stomach viruses, may also cause intense gas pain.

Even if you had light dinner at night, the gas build-up for the entire day makes you feel flatulent at night. The healthy gut bacteria takes approximately six hours to digest the food completely. So you may even feel fluffy because of what you have eaten in the last six hours, including your lunch.
