In the mean time you can take ice/hot fermentation (whichever suits you) to your affected or painful area for 10 min and then do some stretching exercises which will help your pain to go away ad gives you relaxation. Exercises you can do at home is - hamstring stretch, calf stretch, lunges, chair lift, prone hip extension etc. Also I would request you to please go for some investigations like - cbc, calcium, vit b12, uric acid and esr to rule out any infection/ deficiency.
