lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. TSH 6.12 mU/L, is considered as subclical hypothyroidism. No treatment is advocated at this level, unless you have troublesome symptoms of that condition. Only when TSH goes above 10 mU/L treatment is given. Or in situations with comparatively lower TsH (6 to 9.9 mU/L, and with high ANti TPO antibodies, there will be a need for startin treatment with thyroxine. Thanks.
