Sir can I take rosufit 10 on daily basis. Last time when I've done lipid profile so doctor suggested me to have. Can this medicine can be taken on long term If not Then which are the medicines I've can take on daily basis for heart wellness.

Hi rosufit 10 is basically for lowering your triglycerides level or on other words bad cholestrol, now this can be given on the basis of your recent reports and the levels of bad cholesterol. If you follow a healthy diet avoiding red meat and other fried items you can lower your cholesterol levels followed by exercise of 30 min and eating a few almonds in the morning along with other good fats like walnuts etc. So few things 1. Avoid bad cholesterol red meat etc 2. Increase good fats in your body like almonds, walnuts, olive oil and avocado 3. Exercise daily at least 5 days a week for 30 min that will improve your overall health do the aforesaid and you don't need to have any medicines for your overall well being.
