Hi, I am suffering from severe anemia, my report details are as follows. Platelet count-120 MPV-10.3 Lymphocyte 1.8 Absolute Lymphocyte count-2.94 ESR-(Westergren)-25 SGOT-51 SGPT-71 Uric Acid-7.7 Total cholesterol-251 Triglycerides-255 LDL Cholesterol-155 VlDL Cholesterol-51 Total Cholesterol/HDL Ratio-5.6 Vitamin D-25 hydroxy erum- 10.9 Vitamin B12 Cyanocobalamin Serum-151 Please suggest how many days should I take rest as I am having pain in chest ,joint pain, weakness,dizziness. I am into sales and I have to do daily meetings. My Manger was asking for the recommendation from doctors how much rest is required for full recovery. Please suggest me.
