Hi I'm 32 years old male. I want to loose weight. Present 96 kg. I started walking daily 5 km but week ends I am taking alcohol. Is any thing problem?

Hello, you should change your lifestyle a bit. Avoid sugar and refined flour products and outside food. Add protein and fiber rich food in your diet. Add green leafy vegetables in your diet.
