Hello, Doctor, I am 22 years old, when I come to ejaculate my sperm gets out quickly and when I have sex with my partner only when she touches it the sperm gets out and I couldn't have properly sex, by the way I got an accident when I was at 7 years old a goat knocked my penis and balls and they got out, but my parents did an operation to me to return them back, do you think it is the results of that accident or are their any treatment or improvement for my case. I really don't think that this problem has to do anything with that accident. These problems are common in this age group and usually remove with time and exposure. Relax,eat heathy avoid addictions, do kegels exercise and don't stress.
