I was diagnosed diabetics few days back and I am taking gemer 0.5 mg daily 1 tab, tab rosuvas F10 1 at night and tab KQ100 1 at mor & 1at night, now my reading is fbs--- 100 and pbs--- 110. TG-- 295, LDL--230, S.uric acid----9.3, S.creatine-- 1.5, I do walking 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at 5 pm, please suggest me a Diet Chart as I am confused as what to eat and what not, sp what fruits & which dal to have and how much quantity can I have, as I have all the complications uric, cholesterol plus sugar I would be very thankful to you for the advise.

You can take all dals but in moderation. Avoid sweet fruits like mangoes, banana,grapes, cheekoo,dates etc. You can take apple, mosambi,papaya, jamun,khomani, plum,kiwi in moderation. Avoid organ meat, red meat, fish,low fat dairy products.
