Hello , I am 25 years old. I have been suffering from hair fall since mid of june and constipation too and to be honest, I was eating wall cement for 2 months and I really don't know why I did that so I went to a doctor and he gave me some medicines for hair, stomach infection and constipation. Now I am not constipated anymore but my hair fall condition is more worse than before .I am very depressed because of my excessive hair fall please help me.

Typical sign here you mentioned is eating wall cement. This symptom comes when you are anemic or due to vitamin deficiency. Investigations required CBC Get the test done and tell me afterwards. If theres a anemia I will suggest you some iron and multivitamins. With that homeopathic medication is advicable to combat constipation. Eat more of fibers .drink more of water.

Hi lybrate-user, Eating wall cement can be due to Deficiency of Calcium. And Hair fall can also be because of Calcium Deficiency. So it will be advisable to start with fruits which are rich in calcium.
