My weight is 106 kg. I have been playing basketball for 2 hours daily from last 1 month but my weight is not reducing please help.

Along with this diet is very important without having proper diet weight cannot be reduce. Don't skip meals. Have at- least 6-7 meals in a day. Drink plenty of water. Include low calories food in the diet and high protein diet which help you more. Add green tea in between meals which helps you to boost your metabolism and weight loss too. Add more fruits and vegetables in the diet. Avoid junk foods and high calories food.
