Hi my name is Ambuj and I want to know a medicine which can reduce the fat on my stomach. It looks vry very odd and some times wearing a shirt feels like not comfortable. I have no time to go for gym or yoga n all and I do not eat outside foods but still my fat is not getting in shape. please suggest me a tab or something else medicine to my stomach get in shape without losing weight and side effects like weakness etc. I ll be highly obliged. Thank you.

Dear lybrate-user, It is possible that although your not eating outside food, the intake of carbohydrates in the diet are high and also if there is a sedentary lifestyle which can cause fat gain. It will help if you reduce carbohydrate intake such as rice, bread, noodles, rotis and eat more protein such as skim milk curd, buttermilk, skim paneer, egg whites or chicken, fish, Kindly feel free to send me your diet recall or get in touch with me for further assistance.
