Dear Lybrateuser, - To build your chest muscles you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have fruits, vegetables, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like cheese, yogurt, paneer, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, chia & sesame seeds - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals to boost your protein content - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week, also do push ups, pull ups to strengthen chest muscles.
