Dear Lybrateuser, - To build muscles & stamina have a well balanced with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise -have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products, tofu, non veg, legumes, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - include a protein rich in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, push ups, pull ups, squats, crunches, moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week.
