I am 26 years old female. As I was so fat from my birth time after getting married I reduced around 12-13 kg. Nd was 64 my hight is 5 feet 6 inches. As I was maintaining my weight from last 2 years bt now again I started gaining weight nd I Mostly get fatty from my lower half. I mean my waist nd thighs are too heavy how can I get rid of this?
