Off course dear Lybrate user. Every cell in our body gets nourished by the oxygen we inhale. When you smoke, you contaminate the oxygen that goes to every cell by mixing tar like- poison produced by nicotine. So not only the heart and kidneys, but also every system in the body gets poisoned.
