I am currently 71 kg ,i want to increase muscle mass to 80 kg ,daily I hit gym at morning 7-8 am .so please suggest me a diet plan to achieve my target.

Hi Eat soaked almonds at 6: 00 AM Eat a good breakfast at 8: 30 as your insulin is highly sensitive after work out and it helps in building muscles. E.g. Banana and fig smoothie, egg whole, chickpeas boiled with a tsp of coconut oil. Lunch- Roti/rice Dal Vegetables Curd Snack- boiled rajma with 1 tsp of coconut oil Orange Dinner- Lentil soup Roti Chickpea gravy Good sleep is equally important.
