I am suffering from lower back pain since March 2017. May be it happened due to wrong posture of squat in gym with 70 kg weight. I sit down with weight and up immediately. After that I feel this pain. It is muscle tearing in my back. Now it become some time painful and some time it looks fine. So please suggest me proper guidance.

Most of the backaches are of postural & chronic nature & require precaution to improve posture, back support, back exercises, milk, calcium supplement, milk, reduce weight, re assurance. Go for MRI if pain is more & consult some good orthopedic spine specialist.
