MRI Scan SI Joint Test is done in order to detect sacroiliac joint dysfunction. This test is instructed by a doctor only if the physical test does not determine the exact cause of the pain. Then the body straps are used to secure tightly and pass the X-ray radiations on the body of the patient. The rays are focused on the anterior superior iliac spine. Once the images are taken, then they will be processed in few minutes.
