Blood pressure. I had checked my blood pressure after long time and found to be 110/150. I cannot believe this .Please advise all the methods to control it. And also the diet plan.

1. Reduce salt, oil, sugar from your diet. 2. Start daily meditation, pranayam for 10-15 mins daily. 3. Exercise for 45 mins. 4. Drink lots of water. 5. Reduce stress in life 6. Check your BP alternate days and if it does not come down by natural means, then you need to visit a physician and start taking medicine.
