Hello, My weigh 83 KG and my age is 36 Male. Please advise a diet plan for weight loss.

You should eat low fat low carb protien vitamin n mineral rich diet .u should never skip breakfast .u need to eat oats .Brown bread veg sandwich or boiled sprouts n ming. Or boiled egg white .eat lot of fruits like water melon papaya avocado etc. Eat green salad n low calorie veg like lauki akaddu n capsicum cabbage n green leafy veg. Eat roasted chana n makhana drink low fat butter milk green tea .lite dinner dalia saute veg .soup etc.
