Weight gain is a common problem when you have hypothyroidism. You need to lead a healthy life with at least 30 mins of exercise daily, avoiding all packed, processed, baked and milk products. Also minimise sugar, refined oil and maida foods. Have a serving of fruits in morning and salads in the afternoon.
