Hi Lybrate user Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs and cold drinks etc. Take light easily digestable nutritional protinious fiber rich diet. Increase the frequency of taking meals. Take plenty of cereals. Do light exercise Yoga and meditation regularly. Take Vajiton Granules 10gm two times a day with milk. Take pwd Ashwagandha 5gm with milk two times a day. Tc thanks Regards.
