In normal time my plus is 80. But.When I checking bp I am tensed before checking. plus rate is going to high around 110 bt my bp is around sp 120-130. And diastolic 80-86. My question is 110 plus can effects to reduce my bp reading? And my actual bp is higher or lower than giving reading? In normal time When plus is 80. I am worried about it. I read in internet high please lower the bp than normal.

Dear, I don't know your age. Because BP is related to age. Pulse 70-80/mint is normal average 72/mint. 110/mint sometimes happened. When you are tensed or measure after running or walking or outdoor plying or any steroid intake. So measure your pulse and BP after getting preparation. If not improve! Then come. Don't worry.
