For weight gain, you have to increase your daily food intake. Try to eat healthy foods after every 2-3 hours. Add one extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add a sweetdish after meals. Include milkshakes, juices, dry fruits like kaju, kismis, badaam, cookies, fruits like banana, chickoo, muskmelon, grapes.
