Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this - 1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor gastroenterologist and to confirm exact cause do few investigations like Capsule endoscopy, MRI scan 2) Do take prescription medication like Cipro and Flagyl and other medications will be added after investigation report only. 3) For mild pain, you can take paracetamol only. 4) Add iron and vitamin B complex regularly. Do follow lifestyle modifications like this - 1) Try to limit dairy products and use an enzyme product such as Lactaid. 2) Try avoiding butter, margarine, cream sauces and fried foods.
