Classified as mild analgesic, Paracetamol 125 MG Syrup helps in treating fever and is the most commonly used pain reliever. It is used to relieve backache, headache, arthritis and toothache. It reduces pain caused due to fever. It is often given to patients who suffer from cancer or have undergone surgery, to help them cope up with the pain. This medication is normally administered orally or you can also take it intravenously.

Paracetamol 125 MG Syrup does not have any serious side effects. In rare cases, skin rashes, nausea, stomach pain, and loss of appetite may occur.
