Hello, My father is 54 year old, He is suffering from "Ulcerative colitis" for which his treatment going since last two month, even we have opted for 16 dose Adalimumab inj. (Exemptia 40 mg) out of which 7 dose has been completed so far, but still he is having problem of excessive Loose motions (without blooding). We would like to take second opinion and suggestions if better solutions available to cure.

Dear lybrate-user, As per Ayurveda Science its considered under Sangrahani disease with Ajirna. It can be treated with Ayurveda line of treatment. So better you visit experienced Ayurveda Doctor & take medicine with proper way diagnosis. Few precaution advice 1) 1/4 th reduction based boiled water in room temperature conditions whole day 2) Milk with 1tsp (not exceed than 4gm) Mulethi (Yasthimadhu) powder twice 3) Rice water (kanji), Mungdaal Khichadi, Kheer, Seasonal vegetables soup, Soup of Pumpkin (Kushmand) like easily digestive food.
