My current weight is 83 kg. My target is to weight 70 kg by end of july. I'm on complete diet and walk around 12k -15k steps daily plus 5 mins of exercise. I drink green tea twice a day and warm water with lemon in the morning. Apart from all this is there any other that can help me to reach my goal?

Focus on high protein and low fat intake and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Proper sleep and destressing are important for weight loss too.
