hello sir , take high protein diet . do stretching exercise alternate days. do brisk walk daily atleast 45 min. have small and frequent meals. don't skip your meals. always take home made foods. take plenty of salad and fruits . take luke warm water whole day. avoid fried foods , junk foods,oily foods.
