Hello Rituparna, 1. Have always small and Frequent meals. 2.Take High protein diet. 3.Take plenty of Fruits. 4.Include Juices, Shakes, Dark chocolate, Cold coffee, Kheer, any sweet item after dinner, Egg , Roasted Chicken,Coconut water. 5. Do stretching exercise alternate days.

Hello , 1.Inculde High Protein And Fiber foods in your diet. 2.Take luke warm water whole day. 3.Don't Skip your breakfast and meals. 4.Take one fruit daily. 5. Avoid Fried Foods, Oily foods, Junk foods.White rice, White bread, Potato. 6. Take Green tea without sugar / Black coffee without sugar / Detox water they will help to cut down your body fat. 7. hello Raj , take high protein and high fiber products . take detox water. Have small and frequent meals. Don't Skip your Breakfast and meals. Always prefer Home made foods. take sprouts, egg white, tofu , soy milk,paneer, Broccoli soup, cauliflower soup, tomato soup, corn soup, veg.juice, fruits.avoid sugar ,black coffee without sugar , green tea without sugar .do brisk walk daily.

My wife has a family history of diabetes. She is diabetic since 2015 and during her pregnancy “oct 16 to jun 17” she was on insulins (humalog thrice daily and insugen n at night). At present she is taking geminor m1 forte morning and tenpride m 500 evening, however her fasting remains b/w 150 to 180 and pp in b/w 200 -250, she is obese too. Kindly suggest what to do?

hello arif .. walk is very important for diabetic and obese patient . so she have do to do daily brisk walk . have small and frequent meals. don't skip your breakfast ever. take always high protein diet and high fiber diet. take plenty of water. take one fruit daily . take salad atleast 2 times in a day. take luke warm water whole day they will help to reduce your weight. take green coffee beans water they will also help to reduce your weight.
