hello.take high protein products . like egg white, paneer, tofu, soy milk, chicken, mutton, sprouts, juice with glucose, plenty fruits, dark chocolate, shakes, cold coffee, peanut butter, sandwiches, coconut water. do stretching exercise also. have small and frequent meals. don't skip your breakfast and meals. include any sweet item after dinner.

hello azzu , do stretching and any activity daily. have small and frequent meals. take high protein products. include any sweet item after dinner. take sprouts , stuff paratha, panner, soy milk, whole pulses,tofu, egg white, sandwich, cold coffee, dark chocolate.mango shake. plenty of fruits.

hello sudhir, take high protein diet. have small and frequent meals. don't skip your meals. do stretching exercise alternate days. take luke warm water whole day. take black coffee without sugar before going exercise. avoid process food, fried foods, oily foods, junk foods, juice, sweet potato, ... include coconut water,plenty of fruits, plenty of water, soy milk, tofu,paneer, yogurt, peanut butter, brown rice, multigrain bread. they will help to reduce your weight.

Hi. My weight is 80 kg now and I am 24. I want to reduce weight. I stay in a PG in Bangalore where rice is the main food. I had done some blood test 2 months ago where I found I have deficient vitamin D3 and of course calcium. Also haemoglobin level is less. My blood pressure some times goes to 140/90. Sometimes I have swelling I my legs. I walk for 30-60 min everyday which is just to reach my destination and not intended as a exercise. I need to reduce weight and guidance on my diet. Please help me on this.

hello . take brown rice , milk and milk products also u can take to maintain your calcium level . take morning sun rays for vit D3. avoid excess salt. do brisk walk . avoid out side foods. avoid preservative foods. take high protein diet. do floor exercise alternate days. don't skip your breakfast. take pomegranate, beetroot, radish, amla, spinach for increase hemoglobin level.

hello khushboo , do brisk walk daily and floor exercise alternate days. take high protein and fiber diet. have small and frequent meals. take luke warm water whole day. take salad and fruits . avoid juice , sweet , sugar,rice potatoes, oily foods, junk foods. take veg.juice, veg.soup, green leafy veg, black coffee without sugar, egg white, green tea without sugar,. don't skip your breakfast and meals.
