I really need to lose weight. My physical activity is minimal and my food intake is also fine. I do not eat any of the fried stuff and stay away from the carbs as much as I can. I am a medical student and I am sitting through the day. My TSH amd T3, T4 levels are normal. I do have a fatty liver and suffer from the occasional gastroenteritis. I live in A hostel so no diet can be followed. I really am worried about my weight but I do not do anything about it and moreover I couldn't find any motivation to do it too.
