I am healthy guy. I do not have any health disease. I take my diet properly. But my muscles are not properly developed. And yes I do not exercise.Please Help me in regard of muscle development.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Muscle development will take place only if you exercise along with a well balanced diet rich in proteins - do aerobic exercise like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min 2-3 times a week, pull ups, pushups, squats, crunches - start slowly by light jogging for 5-10 min, then if you are comfortable then gradually increase your distance, also do strength training by lifting light weights 2-3 times a week, also can do it at home - have fruits, vegetables & protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews - keep your sleep & wake up time fixed & also exercise time.
