I am having huge difficulty losing weight. A year and half ago this wasn't an issue. I was slim and could shed excess kills easily. I was 58-60 kgs. Circa Today, I am over weight by 12 kgs and even gymming isn't helping. My diet has always been healthy. My H/o - antidepressants for this period. Stopped in the month of November 2017. No deficiency and thyroid as well as other hormones all normal. Only am having FPHL 1-2 What can be done to remedy it? I want my old metabolism back.

You need to get on to a 1200-1300 calories diet per day. There is no issue of metabolism. If you are able to regulate your calories intake, your weight will definitely drop. Use Myfitnesspal App to monitor your calories.
