I had detect blood pressure in 2013 that is 160/100mmhg when weight was 95 kg my height is 175 cm. After that I doing continues brisk walk/jogging exercise. Now since last year I tried control diet and jogging exercise so now my weight is reduced to78 kg in 6 month .and feeling better and light and lipid are within standard range .and bp. Around 130/85 mmhg. So at age 50 yrs. Can I quit the bp tab?
