To reduce your belly circumference being at home all you have to do is - 1. Cut on direct sugar. 2. Also cut carbohydrates from your diet. 3.Eat more protein rich food (lean meat, eggs, milk n milk products, legumes n pulses, dryfruits etc) and high fiber foods.
