I have been suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis since 10 years. Started after 1 n half years after my delivery. Since then I am on medication. Actually first I went for ayurvedic treatment where the doctor gave me wysolone too for 1 year. My condition worsened after that. I have severe problem with my left knee. I can't bend my left knee when I walk. I walk very slowly. Pain will b there every day. Sometime I manage. Sometimes severe. I started with folitrax injections 15 mg last week. Twice I was injected to the knee with some medicine for effusion. Everyday I take hcqs. Alternate days folvite. Will I be able to overcome this pain? Doctors. Hope you can clear my doubt. Rheumatoid arthritis is complex disease with multiple layers of management. We see how diseases responds to initial medication and then treat accordingly in future. The problem is that most patients go for alternative therapy and delay good treatment in process. If your some joints like left knee has developed a bit of damaged unfortunately it cannot be taken back. However, please follow a good rheumatologist and you should do much better than before.
