Can I eat fruits like can notaloupe, mango, grapes, papaya if I have the risk of getting diabetes genetically? Can I include them in diet (for weight loss) instead of lunch and dinner with lot of carbs. I am a 25 year female weighing 70 kg and height 5'2' My blood sugar levels are normal but my insulin levels are not normal. My cholesterol content in blood is at borderline (little higher than normal. What should be the diet I need to follow.
