Please suggest me a serious diet plan for gaining weight. Lately, I have been suffering from low immunity alwith colds every second month. And whatever I eat doesn't make me gain weight it stays the same. I am an 18 year old girl who does not want illness come into the way all the time. Please help me. For gaining weight and muscle mass, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and don't take heavy meals. Firstly try to improve your digestion process if you are taking normal diet and you are facing the problem then you should go for liver function test.
